I have known Pyper for a while now, owner of the Dazzlers - she is one of the hardest working people I know, but also balances it out with having fun and making time for her friends. We are proud to announce her as Decembers model.......

Hello there, I am Pyper Dollinger and I am from Florida.

I was truly shocked to win this month and I am so honored to be apart of Calendar Models.

I have been in SL for 4 1/2 years now and have been able to live out my two dreams of dance and modeling. It is amazing how I lived my life as a dancer for 25 years in RL and now have been able to share it here in SL with the most amazing women and men. DAZZLERS Inc. is my family and they have been right beside me every step of the way as I have grown and learned to bring the art of dance to this virtual world.

I have modeled for 3 years and have loved the amazing creativity that the designers of SL possess. If it wasn't for them we wouldnt be able to spend our days playing dress up.

I have and do model for Glance, Avenue, and SL Illustarted. I am the CEO of DAZZLERS Inc. and will continue to live my dreams and learn each day all the amazing things SL brings my way.

Hi. My name is Puhi Rotaru and I have been an SL Model since June 2007.
I am a graduate of EVANE in 2008 and MVW Model academy in 2011.
I have done numerous designer shows, print work and store modeling. I have entered and placed in many contest for different styles.
I enjoy all I have done and accomplished in SL and I am looking forward to many more in my SL future.

Hi, My name is QueenBrat Bracken. I am thrilled to be chosen this month and first would like to thank the judges. I'd also like to thank Pam Astonia for taking my pictures.

I have been modeling in SL for 2 years. I work a lot ( too much according to my rl husband), having done over 170 shows to date. Recently, I had started becoming somewhat disillusioned and tired of modeling. However, winning this month has renewed my spirit. Also, I try to keep in mind that I am lucky to be able to find work and have made many great friends that I wouldn't have if not for modeling. The work can be long, the attitudes tough to deal with, but in the end I think you have to just try to remember to have fun and that your own positive attitude goes a long way.

Lastly, SL is an escape and a fantasy. I can explore my love of fashion and showing great clothes and do things that in real life I will never get to do. In my personal real life, my brother is serving our country in Afghanistan, and if it is ok, I'd like to request positive thoughts and prayers for his safe return.

First thank you all so much for selecting me as Miss September, I am new to modelling and this is all very exciting for me and being Miss September will be a huge stepping stone in my modelling career.
I first came to SL in 2006, done a lot of exploring made lots of friends tried my hand at designing and then RL called and I did not venture back into this wonderful world until October 2010. After a few months finding my feet and seeing all the changes here, found a wonderful plot of land in Costa Rica Sims and picked up the modelling bug that is all around Costa Rica.

I have recently graduated from Maniera Academy that i would recommend to anyone that wishes to go to a modelling academy. At the academy one of my tutors Sazzy Oh recommended the Calendar Models of Sl Contest to enter, so I took her advice and sent my photo in it was so exciting watching my photo every week climb to the top of the board and i never dreamed that I would make it to the top photo.

At the moment I am not represented by any modelling agencies and will be going to my first casting next week, a year from now my dream would be to represent the UK in Miss Virtual World Contest, but I have a lot to learn before I reach that goal. Thank you again for selecting me as Miss September.

My name is Caoimhe Lionheart. I've lost my Second Life shine these days, not jaded, just resigned. Second Life is filled with so many self-serving people. Them aside, the beautifully kind, intelligent people are the ones I am drawn to. I feel it's incredibly special and unique on the occasions that I meet someone who is sincere in nature, kind to the bone and their beauty shines from within. Now those people, and I have met a few, they are the reason Second Life is uniquely wonderful and special to me.

I am a prankster and a gad about. I love to laugh and create fun. I enter contests to show off the abilities of the photographer or clothes I am wearing, not for the pursuit of the win and I always enjoy a good chat. Thanks for the read, perhaps one day you too will be a friend. =)

I am very happy and honored to feature Michela as July's model of the month. Not only is she an expert model and stylist but also a true friend!! Here she is in her own words:

Many describe me as a confident, fun, and an energetic individual always willing to go the extra mile. Yet outside of SL I am disabled and a United States Army veteran. I love the opportunity to branch out into this virtual field that has opened many doors for me in real life too. Initially I wanted to expand my graphic arts background. As I entered Second Life, I centered my focus on photography. It was one of my photos that won my first opportunity to walk the runway inworld. It was January 2008 and an untrained modeling photographer was given a chance by Sascha Frangilli to walk the runway that would begin a journey like no other.

Many classes, contests and shows later I am blessed to have worked with many top designers and be represented by several elite agencies. I have formed wonderful friendships that span the globe. Just last month I was choosen to represent the USA in the 2012 Miss Virtual World contest. On top of winning Calendar Model for the month of July, it just all seems so surreal. A dream come true, representing the USA, my homeland, the land of the free and brave. It is an honor, and I am humbled as I will give my all to make America proud.

Hi I'm CottonCandy Teardrop and I'm from the Missouri..

I've been in SL since Oct 2008. I DJ'd prior to coming to sl so when I started it seemed natural that I would DJ here as well. After DJ'ing for a few months a friend asked me to help manage her clubs for her so for the first few years here that was what I did. In 2010 I became a DJ for BOSL Radio.. it was then that I really became aware of modeling. In November I attended and graduated from MVW Modeling Accademy and was "bitten" by the modeling bug. In an effort to learn everything I could I then attented MBMA and graduated In January 2011. I then was invited to Passion Fashion Accademy by Leandra Breen which i just graduated from April 2, 2011. In a year I hope to be able to mentor other models as so many have done for me. To just enjoy every new experience and pass on any knowledge I have obtain to others so hopefully their modeling experience will be just as enjoyable as mine have been.

Even though I am pretty new to modeling I have to say I really love it. It gives me an excuse to shop which I love to do. I love how limitless the boundaries are for fashion here. The ability to do things with designs that would really not be possible in the real life amaze me. But the thing that has come to mean the most to me is the feeling of "sisterhood" I have felt with several other amazing models. I know I would have never made it this far without them. Also the advice and the support I have received from Teachers and Models with way more experience then I have has really been overwelming. I learn something new from them every day. Of course I can't forget the photographers who have put their heart and soul into the pictures they have created for me either. Thanks to all of you.. You have made my modeling experiences on SL so incredible.

Last but certainly not least, becoming a Calendar Model is really such a priviledge and honor for me. To be listed amoung other winners really humbles me. Thank you so much!

Hello I am Federica Galtier and I am from the Eastern United States.

As a little girl I always dreamed of growing up and becoming a model and I am finally living out my dream in the fashion world of SL. I have appeared in BOSL Magazine, RADAR, Avenue, TooSexy and Scruplz for various ads and articles and I have had the honor of walking in shows for some of the best designers on the grid.
I love how fashion in SL knows no boundaries and that the possibilities are endless. In SL you can look however you want one day and the next you can look totally different. For me SL fashion has given me a creative outlet to express my dreams through modeling, styling, and writing, teaching and even cheering for the Puckettes.
I am a graduate of Avenue Academy, MBMA and Miss Virtual World Academy. I am currently the director of Opium Elite Fashion Academy. I really love working with new models that have the same dreams and aspirations as I have. Being able to meet them and help them achieve their dreams is so very fulfilling.
SL has become a very important part of my life one that has allowed me to live my dreams and to meet some amazing people. Two things I would never been able to achieve without SecondLife.

My name is Anna Sapphire and I come from Italy.

In SecondLife I have found the perfect environment to develop my interests for everything that is fashion related. I'm a model, a teacher, a stylist, a manager, a blogger and a shape designer.

My goal in Second Life is to learn as much as possible and to cultivate my interests having fun.

My name is Jade Spectre

I am from the Southern United States and of creole origins. I was born in Second Life on 08/13/2005. As you can imagine, after being in Second Life for 4 years, I have done just about everything possible in this wonderful virtual world. The one aspect of sl that has been a constant to me during these years, is my love for fashion. I love being up-to-date on the newest and best fashions, skins, hair, jewelry as well as exploring new sims and locations. I love the versatility and creativity that comes with achieving a new look for myself each and every day for any occasion. My passions in sl are keeping up with the latest and greatest designs and photography. Since my first day in sl back in 2005, I feel the designers have come a long way in creating new and exciting designs and they continue to progress and impress me. I can't think of a better way to express that passion and give due credit to the designers than modeling and flaunting those designs and being the best model I can be.

In November of 2009 I realized that I spent all of my time shopping and styling and that I could put my passion to use by modeling. So at that point I decided to persue an sl career in professional modeling. Hello! My name is Arkaine Cazalet, and I have been pursing my career in modeling since 2007, the year I graduated from the KSG and the Ewing Fashion Agency modeling programs. Since that time, I have appeared in publications such as Radar, Avenue, and Too Sexy Magazines. I have worked as a model, stylist, and show coordinator for 50 + shows, and worked as an instructor for KSG Modeling University. I have found success in contests such Angel of Angel Dessous, My Precious Princess, and Hyper Culture Model of the Month. Currently I am represented by Arcobaleno Modeling Agency, Déjà vu International, Radar Models, and Too Sexy Magazine.

I love to experiment, and take great joy in meeting the challenges thrown at me by the ever changing modeling world of SL.

I am so honored to have been chosen, for months and months I have been entering the contest to no avail, which only spurred me to work harder on my look and push it as far to the limit as possible. A good reminder to me to never give up! It is such a joy to join the ranks of the Calendar Models, a group of ladies I have long admired.

In the next year, I hope to continue to grow and learn as a model, cultivating my abilities as a stylist and broadening my horizons. Learning photography is my ultimate goal, getting to express myself as both a person and a model in such a manner would truly be a joy.

This month like many other were so hard to choose! We decided to let the group vote between the 4 remaining models Love Kawaguichi, Jade Spectre, Mellificent Juneberry and QueenBrat Bracken. Not only did Queen get the majority of the votes but she also got so many wonderful comments from the voters, Queen you have alot of fans out there! A gracious and stunning redhead here she is, Ms Bracken...

My name is Queenbrat Bracken. I have been modeling about 16 months in SL now and I love it. I completed the LA Modeling Academy in Aug, 09. Since them I have been in over 125 fashion shows in SL. I am very proud of my record of completed shows because I never missed a show I was signed up for. Reliability and dedication are very important to me. I have worked hard but also have fun. Modeling is a passion. I love fashion and picking the right accessories to enhance designs I am lucky enough to wear.

I have done print work, live modeling and event modeling. I've competed in JCNY Model'Fest and received runner up twice and Immunity Model once. I am the current face of Liquid Dreams photography. I am a live model for House of Beningborough and Leimoni.

I like to do photography and use my own pictures in contests. I won a photo contest for VDI in April, 10. To win Calendar Model of the Month using my own pictures meant a great deal to me. Winning this contest was a dream of mine that has now come true and I am overjoyed. I am so thankful to have been chosen this month and want to thank Brandi Beleza and Kimber Kassner for all the work that they put into this wonderful contest. I want to say also, that I am so honored and grateful to be listed in such a fine group amongst truly great models.

Lastly, I just want to say, don't give up. If you have a dream keep trying. You can achieve anything you set your mind to. What goal will I set next? I don't know, but I will approach it with the same willingness for hard work with a positive attitude that I approach everything with. My goal as a model has never been to win every contest or be applauded everywhere I go. My goals are simple, do the best job I can do, every time, for every job. Thank you.

My name is Flora Fegte. I have been a model in Second Life for about a year. I am graduate of F.A.M.E. Modeling Academy. I have participated in many modeling events. I have been in the JCNY Model Showcase since March of this year, and have recieved runner twice. I am Miss October for SL Fone and have recently recieved runner up for aDiva Couture's October Model. I also am a photographer, owner of Just Shoot Me Photography, where I am a sponsor of Best European Top Model.
This is a huge honor to win Calendar Models because it was the first modeling group I had ever joined. Since my joining the group, I quickly learned that many of those I looked up to in the modeling industry have won CM at some point in their journey. I take great pride in joining the winners circle.
I have had the pleasure of working with and around some of the most amazing people in Second Life. My goal is not to become "the best model in SL", but to be the best model I can be.

Sabine Mortenwold landed in Second Life on Oct. 20, 2008. She spent her first number of months here exploring and discovering what a great creative place this world we all share is. Hearing people mention fashion shows and modeling she was drawn to learning more and started taking classes with LA Modeling Academy in March 2009. Since then she has studied at Evane, Dejavu Boot Camp, Fashion Institute, Catalyst of Fantasy, Venus, Glance, Miss Virtual World Academy, all of Super Elite's class, and was an apprentice at Diversity. After all this education she now gives back by teaching basic classes Super Elite. She has modeled for Evane, Venus, Premiere, SSMA, Glance, JSE, ModelX, and various independent shows.

She recently won Calendar Model of Sl for the month of Sept. On top of that she won Angel Dessous Lingerie for Aug, and the HOB in-store modeling photo contest. She has competed as a Pre-Finalist in MVW 2011, Miss Winter and Spring for SuperElite Super Search, and was a sub for the Face of Beningborough finalist in 2010.

Sabine hails from the US where she lives in Virginia. She is a trained artist in RL and loves to paint. Her love of fashion - former model - and creativity really help her to be a good stylist in Sl - something she really enjoys.

I am extremely exited to be chosen as a winner of Model of the Month for the August 2010 Contest. Thank you so much for this opportunity to express my self.
For many years I am fascinated with fashion. It is part of my life both in SL and RL because I love Art and Fashion Design.
When I first started I had my own understanding of style and beauty so I decided to try myself in the world of Fashion Modeling. I put a lot of effort to become as much professional as possible. I entered the Calendar Models of SL contest so many times but ones I decided step up my game, totally changing my whole look and that made a huge difference. My heard work and determination has been noticed. I always tried to use my creativity to beautifully accessorize the outfits that I represent. I value opinion of more experienced models, always listening to their advices. In time I have become experienced enough to give advise to other models. Hopefully, others will see what they can accomplish as long as they apply themselves and make an effort to learn, take criticism, and explore all of the fashion possibilities.
I am a live model for House of Beningborough and Designer of L+N Avant-Garde Hair.

I would first like to start off by saying what a huge honor it is for me to have been chosen Miss July 2010. I had started my journey in SL modeling back in October of 09' and to be a Calendar Model was one of my top goals. With that said, I firmly believe in persistance and dedication to your dreams and goals and never give up. I have had nothing but fun throughout my modeling career. I have met some of the most wonderful people and have learned so much by some of the top models in SL. I have graduated from GLANCE, EVANE, TnT, MPI, and Look Elite. I am proud to be a model for Gems & Kisses, Farouche, MA, Dejavogue, and MPI and I have also currently added instructor at Farouche to my resume. I love the fact that I can help out aspiring models who are just starting their adventure because I remember exactly what it was like to be in their shoes, and I can hope to try to give them good advice and guidence. I have participated in some amazing fashion shows getting a chance to show off the clothes of wonderful designers and I am also proud to say I have won a good amount of contests that I worked hard for in SL and am sooo proud to claim the title of Miss July Calendar Model!
I have to say I would like to see myself still modeling and teaching a year from now in SL and still having a blast doing it. Who knows, maybe eventually, even having my own school or agency. I would also love to get into Photography or designing too. I love that in SL, your options to your creativity is endless!

Firstly thank you Brandi and Kimber for making Calendar Models of SL. It has been such an honour to be apart of this group and experience.

I first landed in SL on the 26th day of April 2008. For a year, I pretty much cruised sims, floated around as a fairy and pretty much bought the shapes and skins of many different sizes shapes and species. However, one day I met this amazing “neko” and lets just say he ended up tping through my laptop! We were married in RL on 10 October 2009!

I love the fashion industry in SL. It blows me away, everytime I check the fashion blogs or tp into one of my favourite stores or a newly discovered store I get butterflies. The feel of the outfits, the movement of the pieces really takes me to another place. This is one of many reasons why I am honoured to be here right now. My goal is to learn and grow as much as I can in this industry and even one day organise fashion shows for aspiring Australian Models (waking at at 2am kills me everytime!). I would also love to develop and maintain invaluable networks and also be part of the most exciting community in SL.

Some of my hobbies are catcing up with friends, visiting beautiful sims (love Kowloon and Pixel Mode), getting my photo taken. shopping, hunts, SL surfing, and meeting new people.

I previously won the JCNY Model Fest January 2010, came second in the Face of Beningborough 2010, finalist in Miss Summer SuperElite, second runner up in May 2010 Lingirie Angel Dessous and yayyyy Ms June for Calendar Girls of SL. I recently graduated from the CWS Modelling Academy and I am currently enrolled at Glance Academy and enrolled at MVW Academy.

I love and respect all SL creators. all them.. that includes those that dont create objects.. every person that contribute to this amazing SL experience has my vote!! This said, naturally my heart belongs to all SL designers.. as they fill my inventory with joy and my rl purse with sadness lol

I am honored to have been chosen as your Ms. May Calendar Model. I have been modeling for over a year now in SL. Shortly after graduating SuperElite Academy along with their Elite course, I was crowned Ms. SL International and my career took off from there. I have worked as a print, runway and magazine model as well as live, commercial and video modeling. I take great pride in modeling and have fun at with it at the same time.

I am the Director of Catalyst of Fantasy's Modeling Academy and I also train there. CoF is all about modeling with edge and I love teaching and mentoring. I mentor a handful of new models as well as some older ones too *smiles*

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!! I still can't believe it...:) I am truly honored to be Miss April. My deepest and sincerest thank you to everyone!!!

I began modeling in September of 2009 and it has been nothing but one wonderful experience after another. I've met so many wonderful models, photographers, designers, and teachers, and I'm so honored that I can work with each one of them. My model training began with MPI and JCNY ModelCase. I learned so much in class as well as on the runway. I've entered several contests and though I never won, I always gained something precious, friendship, knowledge or simply a great time:)

To deepen my knowledge of SL modeling and fashion to the next level, I enrolled to SuperElite and Miss Virtual World Academy. Little by little, I was able to grow as a model and as a person, and today, I am represented by Farouche, InfiniteFocus, DeJaVogue, F.A.M.E., and Agata Modeling Agency.

The most important thing is never to forget to have fun and never give up. I know it's very difficult when rejections are more common than a win or acceptance, but if you really really want it and enjoy it at the same time, then never give up:) We can always evolve and become better:)

I still have so much to learn and so many things I want to do. But I would not been able to be where I am today without all the help I've received from so many wonderful people. Hi everyone. I am so excited and honored to be chosen Miss March 2010. Last June, I entered a photo in the MVW Contest and was chosen as a pre-finalist. This led me on my quest to learn all that I needed to be the best model I could be.

I attended SuperElite Modeling School and spent hours looking for the perfect walks and poses. I read fashion blogs, went to fashion shows, and inhaled fashion! I went to castings, entered contests, and learned how to smile and take rejection. I developed an eclectic style to suit my personal eclectic tastes.

I am fortunate to be a model for these agencies: Infinite FOCUS, SoLe 2, D'ior, P&N Model, Venus Model, F.A.M.E.,Twisted Rose Fashion, Baxton Model, The Other Modeling Agency, and VA Fashion.My good fortunate continued with participation in these in runway shows:
Tres Beau, Moonstar, N'Soul, Alatiel Fashions, Agnes Bella Donna,Pulse, Bella e Scema, Innuendo, Alexohol, DeeTalez, PurpleMoon Creations, Lemania Indigo, Eccentric, Chic ,Durga, and Designing for Haiti/Haiti fundraiser.

Hello everybody my name is Lee23 Nitely and I have been a part of secondlife now for the past two years.
Those that know me personally will tell you that I am a dedicated family man and will always be there to support my family and friends whenever they should need me through thick and thin.

I have been modeling on secondlife now for some time and was trained at ModelPages International which is where I became a certified model. From that point on it has been a non stop rollercoaster ride for me with so much happening to keep me busy.

I won an open casting contest in December with P&N Modeling Academy & Agency where I then became a top model and as the months went on I was asked to become one of their mentors and directors which was a huge honor and I am still doing this at the moment helping to teach new students and bring them into this industry.

Whilst at a show for P&N I was headhunted by JSE Modeling Agency where I eventually became an Elite Model.
I then went on to win a contest with Farouche Modeling Agency to become the "Face Model of 2010" which was such a shock and still is I think but am loving every moment of it and have also become an instructor for them.

I think someone would want to become a Calendar Model not just for the title or all the great things that go along with one but simply to become a part of a really professional team built up of people with a passion for what they do and love doing for it is this passion that keeps Calendar Models of SL where it belongs right at the top.

What can I tell you about myself ? In the past 6 months I think I've become a runway and print model to watch. I've frequently placed well in contests against much more experienced competition. Recently I won the SuperElite SuperSearch Miss Autumn title against a very tough group of supermodels.

I'm the type of person who shares her knowledge and experiences freely. I recently joined Maniera as their Runway Manager and as an instructor in their modeling school. I'm easy to talk to if you need help with a styling question. You can turn to me and get an answer or I'll you get pointed to someone else who knows the answer.

Carilynn won Calendar Model of the Year 2010 with her incredible style and beauty. Right down to the final day Carilynn styled herself simply perfect. It as obvious she put alot of thought into what she wore right down to the very last detail.
She's a new up and coming model to SL but you can bet it won't be long before she's a Top SL model! She's the one to watch in 2010, and we are very proud to give her this title and we wish her all the best in the coming year, Congradulations!!!

Here is Carilynn in her own words......

I am still pinching myself! It is indeed an honor to have been chosen the winner of the 2010 SL Calendar Model Competition and to be the Model of the Year. My deepest and sincerest thank you goes out to Brandi, Kimber, and the other judges who have given me this incredible opportunity. I will do my best to uphold and maintain the high standards of this organization. Let me tell you a bit about myself. My modeling career in SL began in October 2009. I graduated from the SuperElite Fashion Agency and then immediately enrolled in classes at the Mimmi Boa Modeling Academy. I have completed and graduated from the Mimmi Boa Modeling Academy and am now enrolled and about to begin classes with the Miss Virtual World Academy. I am a Model with Infinite FOCUS and with a new agency, Palm Beach. I also work as a Store Model for Champagne! Sparkling Fashions, I am a Model for The Glamorous Photography Studio, and I have appeared on the runways of the House of Beningborough (as a Prefinalist for three weeks in the Face of Beningborough contest) and JCNY ( as a Showcase Model).

The 2010 SL Calendar Model competition was something I really wanted to enter because I wanted an opportunity to show my styling skills. I love being able to choose an outfit and create a special "look." And this competition gave me that opportunity. From the beginning, I was impressed with the professionalism with which all of the Prefinalists were treated. Brandi and Kimber made all of us feel welcome and were always available to answer questions, show us the runway, and show us our walk for the finals.

The 25 Semi-Finalists were asked to create a "Winter Wonderland" look. It could be formal or casual. When I came to the stage that first time to pose for the judges, I was astounded at all of the wonderful looks that had been created by the models, and I realized this was going to be a very tough competition. Many of the models on the stage were seasoned and several, like myself, were relatively new. I remember thinking that the judges definitely had their work cut out for them! And then 25 Semi-Finalists were narrowed down to 8 Finalists, and I was still in it! That was a very exciting moment for me. The other 7 Finalists (Katherine Comet, Kathy Nikolaidis, Lee23 Nitely, Lileaka Magic, Naiya Kazyanenko, Serene Faith, Skylei Caproni) and myself were eager to show the judges our styling abilities! We were given the task of choosing and styling (1) a flambouyant, outrageous look (it could be fantasy, goth, or anything that we would love to wear but usually would not have an opportunity to wear) and (2) a gown/tuxedo that we would wear to a ball. I chose an outfit from Violator for a fantasy look, along with jewelry from Gems & Kisses, and some really crazy and fun hair from Digit Darkes. I had a lot of fun putting it together, changed my mind once or twice, and then finally went back to my first choice from Violator. I chose a magnificent gown from Tres Beau for my second look and added a stunningly detailed hat with a veil from !Terra D'ombrA and a clutch evening bag designed by London Dailey (both of which perfectly matched the gown), along with some simple diamond jewelry from Nonna Hedges to complete the look. Again, I changed my mind at least twice and tried different gowns, but ultimately stuck with Tres Beau (how can you ever go wrong with Tres Beau?).

The day of the final competition I think everyone was nervous! We all came to practice on the runway and then before we knew it the competition began and we were posing individually for the judges. All of us looked so amazing; the individual outfits were varied and well thought out. After both rounds of posing for the judges, they made their decision. Katherine Comet and Lee23 Nitely were announced as the runners-up and February calendar models (they were and are both amazing stylists). And then they announced that I had won the competition. You should have seen me! I jumped up from my computer and started screaming and dancing around the room. I was so happy! Everyone had done such a fantastic job and I know it was difficult for the judges.

I have made many friends during this entire process, and I know we will all continue to learn, grow, and compete with each other. The other 7 finalists in this competition really brought it and I share this award with each one of them. Thank you for your comaradarie and for your support. It means more than I can say.

And to anyone reading this who is thinking about entering this competition, I say just do it! I would encourage new models in particular to join our group and enter the contests. You will learn a tremendous amount -- you will learn from the more seasoned models that enter the contests, and you will make long-lasting friendships. I had so much fun and you will too. Please do not hesitate to IM me or drop me a note with any questions you might have. I look forward to meeting you all and seeing you on stage this year!

Hello!! and welcome to the 2010 edition of CALENDAR MODELS OF SL ..that year is still hard to write, oh how time flys!! We are back for our second year here in SL and I have to tell you the last year was a huge learning experience for both myself and Kimber Kassner. We have come along way in the last year with fabulous models, a new fashion line, a new building and of course our CALENDAR MODEL OF THE YEAR 2010 which was won by Carilynn Ohare!!

We are more dedicated than ever to helping models of SL achieve their goals, what ever that may be. Our Image Consulting will be open soon, more to come on that in the near future. Lots of great things to come in 2010, and I am looking forward to meeting all of you at one point or another in this coming year. Hello , my name is Roe Woodford. I joined Second Life in March 2009. I was immediately attracted to the fashion industry as it is one of my real life interest as well. I've been very lucky to have met really incredible positive people in Second Life. I have a great support system and I have had some really great opportunities as a new model. I am a model for Vogue and was featured in an ad in BOSL magazine in September 2009. I was also voted Ms. November for Angel Dessous and featured in Avenue magazine. I'm currently a finalist in the Ms. Mode'le competion where I'm learing a ton of things about runway modeling. I am currently enrolled at the Second Life Fashion Institute College of Modeling persuing a certificate in Modeling. Modeling in Second Life gives me a great feeling of accomplishment and unbelievable energy! I am learning so much and I'm more excited everyday.

My name is Preciouss Metall,I am friendly, honest and a reliable person. I try to help everyone I can, whether it's monetary, donating of my skills and time and/or helping in other areas in teaching someone the way of life in SL. I like to think of myself as a mentor in many ways, using my knowledge of SL. I enjoy building,creating,shopping,but my passion is modeling. I design clothes and create goth beds as well. I am currently a Miss Virtual World 2010 Finalist representing Brazil and a finalist for Miss Bliss Couture 2010. I am a model for Trendy, DeJaVu,Starlight Inc.,En Vogue, The Element Agency,and Kay Couture. I have been modeling for a year now, and I enjoy all the beautiful models and very talented designers I have met throughout my career.
I joined Calendar Models of SL, when I saw a friend of mine had joined. I saw many gorgeous models vieing their way to become one of the Calendar Models and I too wanted to become one of them. Hello....my name is Melancholia Roux. I started SL back in Sept. of 07 and have been a working girl since 3 weeks into my rezz day. Some of my jobs consisted of dancing, receptionist, manicurist/pedicurist and have done in store modeling for several businesses.

After taking a few months off from working about 6 months back I decided to get into the modeling and fashion industry of SL and it has now been about 4 or 5 months and am still going strong and loving all there is about it. In real life as a little girl I loved playing dress up and now in SL I have the oppurtunity to play dress up once again and am absolutely and thoroughly enjoying it. There is no better shopping and fashion than Second Life...I love it!!

I taught myself pretty much everything I know about modeling with some help from some of my wonderful model friends as well as learning some new things in my first modeling class that I am taking now. I have to especially thank one Top Model in particular who helped me to get started in this fantastic life of fashion....Wicca Merlin. She steered me in the right direction beginning with JCNY's Model'Fest where I spent 5 weeks as a showcase Model on their runway. From day one of my modeling venture until now I have since been signed on with several agencies doing runway, print ads and assisting in their runway shows as a cuer or announcer if needed.

Along with modeling I also work as an in-store model for QQ Fashion, I am a ModelPage Stylist for MPI which I thorougly enjoy because I am able to help those who are interested in modeling by evaluating their style and helping them to know what is expected of them once they commit to modeling as far as style is concerned.

I aslo enjoy entering contests ....I placed 2nd runner up in the MIss Pacific Heights 2010 Pageant put on by Maniera as well as being selected top 10 finalist in "SL's Calender Models" for the month of October and then being picked to be Miss October 2009. I am honered to have been chosen as Miss October and thank them and the judges for this opportunity and believing in me. I am right where I want to be in my modeling career and am overjoyed to be doing it. I hope in the coming year I will be as fortunate then as I am now with my modeling and maybe even be in the 2010 calender.

My name is Linnda Scofield and i started with SL at januari 6th 2007 and after 2,5 years i still loving it :)

Modeling is something i realy love to do. I started with modeling in the beginning of december 2007.
It is not only the modeling i love but all the things arround it.
Fashion doesnt not only meen Modeling for me. Fashion at Sl is something very big. Fashion is something we deal with everyday.
Fashion is a way to express my self, my personality and my feeling of the day :)

I love to search for new kinds of designers, read the sl fashion magazines to keep in touch with al things arround the sl fashion industrie

My list with modeling jobs is way to long to tell you all but i have done many runway shows for many of sl best designers like: Fellini couture, SOn!a, OC, Patrizia Blessed, Bolero, LeeZu, Stitch by Stitch and many more. Also has been in different photo adds for bestyle magazine,dmd poses, Son!a, JCNY and i was the first Catalyst of Fantasy Magazine Model. In 2008 i joined many contest and get my self in some prefinals and in 2009 i was Prefinalist in the Elegance Contest for Best of italian, Winner of the first week of the Son!a spring contest, and the most exciting is to be in the audition for miss virtual world 2010.

Since june 2008 i got my own little agency called Modelx.
We started just for fun and learn people some little tricks to get some experiance also. Why shouldn't i learn others what i know.

Hi, I'm Alexis Mensing, but almost since my first day in SL, people have called me Lexi, and it kind of stuck. I've been inworld since November of 2006, and my SL journey has been as eventful as it has been long. After dabbling in various enterprises, dancing, property ownership, event hosting, I found that I was happiest when I was helping people. From very early in my Second Life, people would come to me for advise on how to make their avatars look their best, and I had SOOOO much fun helping them get the most out of their SL. It was that love of helping people that led me here today. I began an Image Consultation business and am honored to be the on-staff Image Consultant for Affinity Modeling Agency, own a custom shape shop and Lexified Elite Images and Makeovers, as well as be the personal Image Consultant to two previous winners: Ms March, Rayn Coeyman, and Ms July, Gabriella Trefusis. I am also partnered to Hawk Perenti, the photographer that did the photographs both of those ladies entered the contest with, so my experience with the modeling industry, to date, has been behind the scenes. I'm the support person, waiting in the wings, as my friends and clients enjoy the spotlight. It's such an honor to watch them shine, and to say I'm shocked to actually be the one in the spotlight for once is an understatement. I'm very very grateful to Calendar Models of SL, for giving me this opportunity, and I encourage all those aspiring models and suppport, behind-the-scenes personnel that are normally unseen, to take the chanceto have their moment in the spotlight. Hello! :) My name is Gabriella Trefusis, and I am from New York, USA. I joined Second Life back in December of 2007. I have taken on many challenges and positions in Second Life since my rez date. Such as, becoming a live music venue co-owner, managing retail shops, and managing, as well as the assistant to the CEO of the clothing store, Flirtini.

I have always wanted to become a Second Life model, and finally got the start from winning a training course with L.A. Modeling Academy by entering a raffle ticket :) And ever since then, I have been hooked. Many accomplishments that I have achieved include: Flirtini Print Model (Over a year), !Nu Vibez Fashion Spread Chosen Finalist, Timeless Image Studios Model, 2nd place in the Angel Dessous Model Of the month contest, 3rd place in the Caithlin Carter Designs (CCD) photo contest, and a Ravissant model search winner. As well as represented by Blissfully Beautiful, Seducitvely Auora, and Affinity modeling Agency.

I absolutely love fashion, and I find modeling something I enjoy tremendously. I work at it everyday in order to achieve my goal and have met so many wonderful people in this industry. I am so completely honored that I was chosen as Miss July. It has been one of my goals since I started my modeling career, and I am just so happy. I recommend to all aspiring models to just enter your photos, because you just never know! Welcome this new model who has quickly made her way in the SL Modeling world, beautiful Lileaka ....

I came to SL on the 23/6/2008 after a friend from another virtual world recommended it to me. I fell in love with the game very quickly. Since starting I have done alot. I have been a dancer and host, then went into simboarding and became a proboarder competing in competions and later became a manager of a team which did well in the championship. About 4 months ago I decided I was going to become one of SL's top models as it had always been a dream of mine to be a model and I just love the fashion industry.
To date I have been competing in many events and have achieved alot. I have been Playmate of the month (Feb), Miss Photogenic (classic w/ style) and came 7th in their beach body contest, a JCNY Showcase model 4 times, been runner up in model of the year at House of beningborough, runner up in Calander model of the month for May and winner for June, 7th in SL ELEGANCE contest, winner of Hollywood Diva contest, Model of the week (Aurora Studios, 5/9/2009), Beningborough model of the month finalist, and done weekly catwalk shows at classic w/ style, shows with FIL ( Fashion in look) and DMA (Dejavu Model Agency), print photos for Revissant, Aurora and centerfold for boobs magazine, and have recently got a job training models at FIL.

I have been working hard and made many great friends while being a model. I will continue workin g hard to one day become one of the best. I am honoured to be Miss June for Calander Model of the month and look forward to all that comes with it, I wish all the future contestants the best of luck. It really is an honour and privelage to win Miss June.

Hello there! My name is Lile (Lily) and I am from Australia. I joined Second Life in July 2007 and then in September, I started my modeling career at Ray's Agency and haven't looked back since! I attended and completed my training at Calamity's Haute Modeling Agency.
In November, I was selected as Miss April for the SL Illustrated Calender and was then asked to become one of their models. I have done many fashion shows for them as well as appear in their magazine ads. In 2008, I started modeling Xtreme Reality skins for Mystical Virtual Studio. I worked my way up to Model Manager/Catwalk Trainer. In July of this year, I directed and coordinated the [MVS] Xtreme Reality Grand Opening Event at the Best of SL Boulevard sim.I am also an Art Model for Kondor Photo Studio Arts as well as a pre-finalist for the Miss SL Universe Pagent and Model'FesT September pre-finalist for Jcny.
It is an honor to be Picked as "MISS APRIL 2009!!! I would like to thank them for this opportunity of being part of their Calendar Models of SL 2009 !! ..

Calendar Models of SL Very First Model !!
The judges had a really hard time picking a winner, all of the photos were fantastic. Rayn was completely surprised when I told her of her win. Although, this should be no surprise to this beautiful model who's modeling credits are numerous.
Here's a peek into this model, from her own words.....

I have accomplished a lot in my first year of modeling in SL. Here are some of them: SuperElite Modeling Agency, Glance International Agency, Evane Models Agency, Private Affairs Model, Briez Model House, VS Designs Model appear in various ads through out the store, Black Pearls Magazine Model appear in various past and upcomming issues, Le Stela Magazine, Nemsis Fashion Group Model appear in UK Couture Fashion Show, SuperElite Fashion Academy Elite Class grad show, Instyle Model Academy grad show, Spokesmodel for Fashionista Island ad appeared in Second Style Magazine, Wearable Arts Show, EF Fetish Show, Casino Fashion Show, REVAMP Magazine Model, and Miss Universe Fashion Pagent(Miss USA).

Two of my biggest accomplishments is co-founding a new modeling agency Affinity Modeling Agency and being an consultant for another new agency coming soon called Private Affairs. Both of these will allow me to continue to help up and coming models in SL, which I love to do. I've made so many new friends while modeling that I wouldn't change anything about it.

I loved this contest, I think if you are an aspiring model in SL you should enter this contest. It's not a popularity contest to see how many people you can get to vote for you, on your friends list and their friends list, but you are actually being judged by people in the fashion industry and picked by the panel of judges. To be named Ms March means a lot to me. I look forward to working with Calendar Models of SL on upcoming events.

Welcome to Calendar Models of SL! I am thrilled your here and I am excited to be underway with our first Calendar Model announced on March 1, 2009!
Calendar Models is about the recognition of up and coming models as well as established models, promoting fashion and photography in SL. All winners for each month will be posted on this site and at the headquarters of CM at the sim of Vuissaint. I do recommend you joining the group "Calendar Models of SL" for all current and updated information. During the month various pictures will be picked and placed upstairs at CM. This means you are being considered for the calendar. If your picture hasn't been selected you can replace your pictures at the flicker site but only two are allowed at one time. I wish you the best of luck in all your pursues in SL, see you in-world..
